Yes, Delance watches are water-resistant to 30 metres. A general servicing is recommended every two years when you change the battery, in order to verify the water-resistance.

The leather bracelet will remain soft and supple as long as it does not get wet.

All our bracelets are interchangeable. It is easy to change them to adapt your Delance to your mood and clothes. 

Thanks to a special clip in the leather band and in the stem of the metal bracelets, every bracelet is easily inter-changeable without having to use a special tool.

First you have to take off the bracelet. Then you will see a little screw: that is the cabochon screw. Release the screw with a screwdriver (we can provide you with one along with the spare cabochon you order), and then screw on the other cabochon. Be sure that it is well-secured to avoid losing it. If your cabochon is in gold, do not tighten it too much as gold is delicate and requires gentle care. 

The dial can be changed, but it requires a specialist to make the change, as the watch must be completely dismantled. You can choose to change it, for example, when you send the watch for a complete servicing.

Yes, you can decide to set diamonds or other stones on your watch any time after purchasing it. If you are not sure where to set the jewels, contact us and we can decide together the best setting for your Delance.

The watches are guaranteed for five years against manufacturing defects. Normal wear-and-tear, loss, damage caused by shocks or misuse are not covered by the guarantee.

You should check with a qualified retailer if it is a problem of battery. In that case, just change the battery. If it is not enough, your watch have to be sent to us or an authorised agent of Delance. You will have your watch back in approximately three weeks.

Of course. You can order a Centurion bracelet as another spare bracelet. We just needed to know the correct size of your watch (it is a medium or a small model?). When you receive it, you have to fix the two holders of the bracelet onto your watch and attach it all on the bracelet Centurion.
